1. Chelsea vs Everton: from what is been written of the team news for today's crucial match Frank Lampard and Didier Drogba might be left out; lampard on personal grounds while Drogba is still racing against time to be fit. Mikel Arteta might not also be available for Everton.
Lampard and Drogba are big players for chelsea and for a match of this nature where the title race could be lost, I think they would be sorely missed in tonight's game.
2. Chelsea boss Avram Grant has vowed to sign AC Milan's Brazil forward Kaka - and he is also keen on Barcelona's Argentine star Lionel Messi. (Daily Star).
I dont know how this is going to work out. Abrahimovich might have to break bank to sign this two players. They would be very good buyings for chelsea if it happens cos they are in dire need of a player with flair, that can hold the ball and dribble (why was Arjen Robben sold?).
3. Near Fatal Plane Crash: A plane carrying a contigent of Nigeria's under-19 female soccer team Super Falconets with otherr passengers crashed landed in Port Harcourt, a city in the South South region of the country. They were on their way to honour the second leg of their world cup qualifier against Cameroun the first leg had ended 1-0 in favour of the nigerian young ladies. Luckily no casualty was reported. A spokesman for the delegation said the girls are in high spirit despite the shock and are prepared mentally to subdue their opponents this weekend.
