1) Roberto Donadoni has been sacked as the Azurri's coach following
their disappointing run in the ongoing Euro 2008 championship.
The problem to me is not the coach but the fact that the Italian team
needs a total overhauling. The old guards need to be changed.
2) Real Madrid intend to announce the signing of Cristiano Ronaldo on 7 July.
3) Liverpool manager Rafa Benitez is demanding £50m to secure the transfers
of David Villa, Daniel Alves, David Silva and Gareth Barry. (The Mirror)
4) Jose Mourinho has cut short his summer holiday to personally take charge
of Inter Milan's pursuit of Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard. (The Sun).
5) AC Milan are ready to call off their pursuit of Emmanuel Adebayor after
Arsenal rejected the move. (The Star)
Arsenal could move for Valencia midfielder David Silva if as expected
Alexander Hleb moves to Barcelona. (The Sun)

donadoni shouldn't be d only person that should be sacked. I suggest the whole team minus Pirlo, grosso, Zambrotta should go as well
