Its been a while that I made any posting. My Internet connection has been very erratic to say the least. A lot has happened in the world of sports since last week Friday when I made my last post to this day.

The big one happening tonight is the UEFA Cup Final taking place in the City of Manchester. The two teams in the final wouldn't have been forseen when the tournament started last summer. For me the bogey team has been Zenith St Petersburg. People didn't se them coming! They were not even mentioned amongst the underdogs talkless of the favourites. But they've proved soccer pundits wrong. Just check out the statistics of those that have fallen to their brand of football - Marselle, Bayer Leverkusen, Bayern Munich. Bayern Munich were everbody's favourites and who souldn't say so having spent over 80million dollars in the summer reinforcing the team. But alas football is not mathematics. Rangers Fc of Scotland has been worthy finalists even if most coaches whose teams were beaten by Rangers wouldn't agree with their defensive style of play.

Am hoping for a very entertaining match tonight and I sincerely hope the twoo teams would give the fans something to cheer about at the end of the game.
